Our personal injury law practice includes a particular area of expertise in the field of environmental toxic torts, representing landowners with injury claims due to exposure to toxic substances. We have represented environmental groups and individuals in class actions, including one of the earliest environmental justice cases in the U.S. (McCastle v. Rollins) and arguably the most important environmental case litigated in Louisiana to date (Save Ourselves, Inc.).
We handle all types of environmental toxic tort claims, including groundwater contamination and remediation, and soil contamination from Brownfields to Superfund sites.
